Morty Soley, CFA
Founder & Director
Morty is the founder and oversees all the operations of Soley & Company.
Morty started Soley & Company in 2019. Prior to starting Soley & Company, Morty spent 3 years in EY's Transaction Advisory Services division in Dallas TX, where he focused on valuation analysis for financial reporting purposes
Morty earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from University of Toronto and a Masters of Science in Finance from University of Texas at Austin. Morty is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) member.
Samantha Berger
Administrative Assistant
Samantha serves as an Administrative Assistant at Soley & Company, providing essential support to the firm's daily operations and ensuring efficient administrative functions.
Samantha joined Soley & Company in 2023. Before joining the firm, Gabriel worked as an office assistant at a local law firm, where she developed skills in office management, and document handling.
Samantha earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Seneca College.

Rohith is a Sales and Marketing specialist who is responsible for client strategy at Soley & Company.
Rohith started with Soley & Company in 2024. Prior to Soley & Company, Rohith spent 2 years with Zenoti and 2 years with Uber with the business development and operations, where he focused on Sales & Marketing strategies.
Rohith earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Manipal University and he is currently pursuing Master of Business Administration at Schulich School of Buisness.
